Alison is the Institute's Chief Executive Officer and responsible for the total management and effectiveness of the organisation, whilst also ensuring that its relationship with Council and Members is strong, valued and meeting each ones specific needs.

Alison, originally from Scotland, has worked mainly in the Private Sector and brings a wealth of experience to her role especially in business development, relationship marketing and event management.

She loves to walk her scruffy mutt, Lenny and reads extensively – anything from personal development books to ‘whodunits’!

As the Program Development Manager, Andrew is responsible for the planning and development of the Institutes Thought Leadership Program including all events, training and seminars.

Andrew's first career in hotel management taught him the skill of engaging people to achieve business objectives. A subsequent period working for the government of Western Australia provided insight into the processes and issues facing the public sector.

When not working Andrew pursues his love of sailing and spending time with his young family.

Amy works closely with Andrew in managing the annual Learning and Development Program and is the main point-of-contact for all of our training courses. This includes coordinating the core training program and the customisation of these courses for delivery of in-house training for agencies. Amy can work with you to develop tailor-made training to meet your individual organisation or department’s learning and development needs.

After living for a few years in the land of beer and chocolate – otherwise known as Belgium - Amy has re-adjusted to the blue skies of Perth. Amy can be found either with her nose in a book on the bus or dancing tango by night.

As the Marketing & Communications Officer, Kylie manages and constantly updates our website, and promotes our events and training programs. She is also our in-house copywriter and graphic designer.

After completing her BA Mass Communications degree at Curtin University, Kylie caught the 'travel bug' and spent 6 months working as a photographer on a cruise ship travelling the world.

After joining the Institute as our Events Manager, Audra is very excited to be taking on a new challenge as the Member Relations Manager. Audra’s vision for the new role is to strengthen the relationship with the Institute and its current members.

She is the queen of cupcake baking and loves spending her time with her boys.

Freyja is our Event Coordinator and holds a Double Degree Triple Major in Public Relations, Journalism and Contemporary Communication, as well as a Certificate Five in Event Management. She works closely with Audra ensuring all our Training Courses and Events run smoothly.

Freyja is a self confessed foodie who loves to surf and paddle board and works at music events on the weekends.

Originally from Brazil, Rafael is our Finance Officer and has lived down under for over 6 years. He loves the beach, surfing, sports and of course a good barbecue as a true Brazilian.

As the Administration Officer Angela is the 'face' of our company who will greet you at reception and answer your phone enquiries. She has studied Certificate IV in Business Management and is currently completing her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Angela comes from a Samoan background and loves her music and big family feasts.
