Criteria

C1   Outstanding contribution over a substantial number of years to, and excellence in, public administration and management.
C2   Exemplifying best practice within the role for which they are being nominated.
C3   Upholding and promoting public service values at all times.
C4   Leaving a legacy of improvement to the public sector, or improvement to service delivery, in Western Australia.
