CHOGM: Opportunities & Challenges for WA

 The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) is held every two years at a different destination and next year it will be held in Perth from 28-30 October 2011. CHOGM is a unique forum for the Commonwealth leaders to discuss global and Commonwealth issues, and to agree on collective policies and initiatives.

CHOGM 2011 is expected to attract more than 3000 interstate and international visitors as well as 1000 local and international media. Leaders from 54 nations are likely to attend.
