The year is 2020, organisations are experiencing significant change and growing expectations with regard to performance and outcomes.  Then a global pandemic comes along!  Now, more than ever, our resilience will be tested. This volatile and uncertain world just shifted into overdrive!

This workshop has been contextualised to equip participants with an understanding of the critical resilience factors that will enable the successful navigation through the seas of change and disruption.
