In the “Post-Covid-19 World” many of our workplaces and working relationships have undergone a massive upheaval and an unimaginable transformation.  The entire concept of work and workplace, as we knew it, has fundamentally changed.  The boundaries between work and home, the length and structure of the working day and the application of technology have impacted like never before.  The significant challenges we faced at the beginning of 2020 have gone into overdrive.

How then do we move forward?  How do we ensure productivity and efficiency in this new volatile and uncertain world?  What do I need from my manager to allow me to succeed and achieve?  How do we manage our time when juggling the blurred boundaries of work and home?

This workshop has been contextualised to support individuals navigate their way through the significant challenges presented by the Corona Virus and its impact on individuals and their workplaces.  It will allow you to use your time and energy constructively and ensure you have what you need to be successful amidst the confusion and uncertainty by focusing on what matters.
