Competing or even opposing priorities can create significant tension and breakdown in negotiation situations. During this one day interactive program you will be reviewing your own negotiation skills and planning for a negotiation using a formal process. You will also assess your own personal style and how this impacts on your negotiation approach and outcomes. This course is suitable for people with little formal negotiation training.
