A Young Professionals Event

The IPAA WA Young Professional Advisory Committee invite young professionals (aged 35 and under) from across the sector to join them for a special presentation with Director of the Chamber of Minerals and Energy, Sarah Hooper, hosted at The George, Perth.


The aim of this event is to inspire and encourage young professionals in the public sector to take an interest in the political environment in which they work.

About Sarah Hooper


Sarah Hooper oversees the portfolio areas of Economics and Tax, People Strategies, Media and Public Affairs and the Resources Industry Training Council. Sarah also has responsibility for the Eastern, North Eastern, South West and Mid West regional operations.

Sarah has previously worked as an Australian diplomat and foreign policy bureaucrat, and within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and International Division of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. She has previously represented the Australian Government in Indonesia, India and Brunei.
