What is In-Agency Training?

As the professional body for the public Sector IPAA WA understands the needs and issues of government organisations. As such, IPAA WA will endeavour to provide any course from its training program as an 'In-Agency' option.

This flexibility in our delivery arrangements allows you to arrange for your staff to avail of our high quality training on a date and venue of your convenience for a unique group of participants to meet the specific needs of your organisation.

In-agency training courses provided by IPAA WA are a cost effective alternative to ensure the best value for your training investment!

What options are available for customised training?

All our courses allow for some tailoring of the information and material to meet your agencies identified requirements. Course facilitators will consider any request to include agency specific case studies and templates to complement the existing program.

To ensure the quality of our delivery IPAA WA maintains a strict limit on the maximum number of participants for our training courses, including those delivered in house. Limiting the number of participants facilitates appropriate adult learning preferences, provides improved group dynamics and allows all levels to be catered for in the learning process.

What does IPAA WA provide when contracted for in-agency training?

• Ongoing client consultation in the organising of the programs;
• consultation directly with the presenters to discuss the agency's specific needs for each program;
• facilitation of the workshop by the specified presenter;
• all workbook materials, handouts and overheads;
• evaluation forms collected by IPAA WA and the results made available to the client; and
• IPAA WA Certificates of Completion

Specific program, equipment and venue requirements will be confirmed by IPAA WA once the in-agency program has been confirmed.
