Personal Members: Select the first option.
During the registration process Personal Members are asked to log in, as they do not need to enter personal details when they register for events/courses. If you believe your personal details may be out of date, please log in through WAmie to update these BEFORE searching for events (which you can do from the WAmie menu after logging in). If you need assistance, please phone IPAA WA on 9221 1177.
Corporate Members: Select the second option AND select your Corporate Member agency/organisation from the drop-down list.
If your agency/organisation is not listed in the drop-down, it is not a current financial Corporate Member of IPAA WA. If you would like to enquire about Corporate Membership, please phone IPAA WA on 9221 1177.
Non Members: Select the third option.
2) Nominate your Search options, and click Search
You can tick as many or as few options as you like. Selecting no criteria will display ALL events and courses upon pressing Search. If your search criteria yields no results, try broadening your search by un-ticking some of the criteria and clicking Search.
3) Nominate the events/courses you would like to register for, and click "Add to My Choices"
Scroll down through the table to see all the events/courses available based on your search criteria; the title, date, location, and fees of the event/course will be displayed, and your fee (based on your membership category) will be darkened. If you cannot see the events/courses you are looking for, try broadening your search by un-ticking some of the criteria and clicking Search.
To see more information on any of the events/courses listed, click on its title. This will bring up an Overview of the event/course in a new window (or tab); this page includes the full details of the event, as well as the times and venue. When you're finished reading through the information, close the extra window/tab to return to your Search Results.
Tick the box to the left of the events/courses you would like to register for and click Add to My Choices. Your choices will be displayed at the top of the screen. If you want to continue searching through events/courses, scroll down to view your Search Results, and you can continue adding more events/courses to your Choices.
4) Confirm your choices, and click Register Now
Once you have finished searching for events/courses, view the My Choices section at the top of the page. To register for these events/courses, click the Register Now button to proceed.
5) Confirm your details
a) Enter your details (Corporate Members & Non-Members Only)
Complete the fields of the form; fields with red asterisks must be completed before you are able to proceed. Click Submit to continue.
b) Log in (Personal Members Only)
Personal Members will be presented with the login screen - you will need your email address and password (phone IPAA WA on 9221 1177 if you need assistance). When you have logged in, you will proceed to step 6 - you will not be required to enter your details.
6) Select your payment option
You must select one of the two options for payment: you may either request an invoice (which will be automatically emailed to you), or to pay by credit card (please complete your credit card details). Please see our Payment and Cancellation Policy for details on payment due dates. Click Submit to finalise your registration.
7) Thankyou for your registration!
You will receive a message to confirm your registration; you are now registered for the event(s)/course(s) confirmed, and a confirmation message will be sent to your email address. If you have any queries, please phone IPAA WA on 9221 1177.
