Upon receiving your registration, a confirmation email will be sent by IPAA WA to the email address you have
provided within 24 hours. Once registration is received, it is taken that your registration is valid for the purposes
of cancellations, transfers and payments. When your registration is received IPAA WA presumes you have
obtained approval from your organisation.
Your registration is to be paid in full before you attend any of our courses or events. Payment can be made by
Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Cheque. Please note that payments made by Credit Card will
incur a merchant fee of 1.5% for Visa/Mastercard and 3% for AMEX. Payments made by EFT require a
remittance advice to be sent to the Accounts Department at accounts@ipaawa.org.au.
INVOICES & RECEIPTS
Every registrant receives a confirmation email with an invoice attached. It is the responsibility of the attendee to pass this invoice onto their accounts department. Requests for copies of invoices will incur an administration fee of $16.50.
The confirmation email is a receipt of payment when payment has been received and recorded. It should be kept if required for reimbursement purposes or proof of purchase. Requests for a Receipt will incur an administration fee of $16.50.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FEE
Payments made with a credit card will incur a transaction fee of: Visa/MasterCard 1.5% of total payable’ Amex 3% of total payable. Please take this into account when reconciling payments against credit card statements.
If you wish to transfer to another IPAA WA Training Course, this can only be accommodated if you advise us in
writing at least 14 days prior to the original course date. Transferring between Training Courses is not possible
inside 14 days, however a substitute may be sent in your place.
IPAA WA reserves the right to make changes to its program content for any reason.
If a Training Course is cancelled/postponed, you will be notified in writing and your registration will automatically be transferred to the next available Course date unless you specifically request a refund.
If an Event is cancelled you will be provided with an automatic refund. If it is postponed, your registration will be
transferred to the new date. If the new date is not suitable you will receive a refund in full.

Professional Development Vouchers are:
• Not redeemable for cash;
• Non-transferable;
• Valid for the 2010/11 financial year only
• Cannot be used for IPAA National events and conferences
Once you have registered for an IPAA WA Training course, your confirmation email will advise the details of the
course. The location of the course will be notified 1 week prior to the course via email. Please note that most
courses will be held in a CBD location.
Generally, full day courses are held from 9:00am – 4:30pm and half day courses are from 9:00am -12:30pm.
Participants will be notified in advance if there are any changes to course times.
IPAA WA collects information as required in order to administer and manage registrations for our Training
Courses and Events. If you do not provide all the relevant information including your email address your
registration may not be confirmed and you will not receive vital information/updates.
IPAA WA is totally committed to protecting the information collected for this purpose and will not make your
