Public Service Training

Public Service Training is delivered by the Western Australia Institute of Public Administration (IPAA), for local/state/federal government, not-for-profit, and academic employees, or anyone interested in public administration. The program includes more than 50 public training workshops delivered by facilitators who understand and are experienced with WA’s public sector. Our courses aim to develop the knowledge, skills and capacity that government organisations need to take them into the future.

Workshops and courses are developed in consultation with central and line agencies, academics and subject specialists, and are regularly evaluated and reviewed to reflect evolving public sector trends. Our consultants maintain the reputation of the Institute by providing high-standard public workshops and courses, and customised in-agency programs.
