Suzanne’s approach to coaching stems from her curiosity and being more ambitious for her clients than they are for themselves. She sees no limits, and her infectious energy enables her clients to do the same.

Through empathy, pragmatism and underpinning knowledge of human behaviour, Suzanne plays the role of cheerleader, critic and confidante to create an environment where people can speak freely, feel stretched, and test their ideas.

Her coaching clients include Executives, High Potential Leaders, Front Line Leaders and Emerging Professionals.

She has provided coaching as part of team development, blended leadership programs, and one to one engagements. She coaches with the support of psychometrics and diagnostics, or as a stand-alone learning intervention.
