Seamless digital service delivery is a long held ambition of the state government. This full day conference featured a keynote presentation by leading global thinker, Ellen Broad, Senior Fellow at the 3A Institute (Australian National University).
It provided a forum for all those involved in designing and delivering better services for Western Australians, to consider and contribute to the development of solutions.
Framed around the objectives of the Office of Digital Government: improved delivery of online services, higher cyber security standards, data sharing, data analytics capabilities, and strategies to reduce the digital divide, this conference shaped up as a vital contributor to the digital transformation journey.
