Lee is a leader, manager, and systems strategist with extensive experience in private, public, and non-profit sectors. Within each, Lee has effectively translated and communicated the strategic and workforce delivery imperatives for operational relevance.
Lee’s expertise includes designing the intersection of strategic workforce planning and development with policy frameworks and innovating workforce design and capability-building approaches to address workforce capability supply risks. She has also successfully managed projects and contracts related to clinical technologies, employment and education funding while fostering government relationships with industry stakeholders. In this work and through undertaking comprehensive research, analysis and stakeholder engagement, Lee has designed targeted workforce initiatives to address the diverse needs of regions.
