- Vouchers are valid until 30 June 2025
- Vouchers are non-refundable
- Vouchers are non-transferable to another organisation
- Vouchers cannot be used for Membership
- Vouchers can be used for IPAA WA seminars, conferences, public and in-agency training.
- Cancellation and rescheduling fees will apply for bookings cancelled although a replacement may be sent free of charge (please see our Cancellation Policy for more information)
