The 2023 IPAA WA Young Professionals’ Conference, IGNITE YOUR FUTURE, inspired and equipped young professionals with the knowledge and skills to turn challenges into opportunities.
Young professionals can face unique barriers when trying to develop their career. This can be for a variety of reasons – some that can be controlled and some that can’t.
This year’s conference kindle within delegates the insights and tools they need to draw from their strengths and experiences, and propel them forward in their profession.
The theme and program was developed by the IPAA WA Young Professional Committee for young professionals in the public sector. Through the wisdom and experience of an incredible and inspiring line-up of speakers, the conference explored the following topics:
