Professor Peter Shergold AC has in his remarks since retiring from the Public Service called for a transformation in how the public service views itself and the services it delivers. He calls for new ways of working that leverage public servants as knowledge workers rather than service deliverers. This seminar featured Peter’s latest thinking in this area.
A workshop engaging the audience allowed presenters to build their ideas with crowd sourced knowledge before a final Q&A with Peter reflected his ideas and experience of the session.
