Overview
Change is now constant in many workplaces, driven by technology, reform agendas and rising public expectations. While self‑directed change can feel energising, imposed change often triggers stress, uncertainty and resistance.
This interactive half‑day workshop helps participants understand how change affects them (thinking, emotions and behaviour) and build practical strategies to respond with greater adaptability, resilience and agency. It draws on neuroscience‑informed insights, emotional intelligence, positive psychology and change principles.
